gained 4.2#s. I expected this after a huge loss in just 2 weeks. So I'm not sweatin the small stuff. I'm at 263.5. A little further away from my October goal of 255 but I won't give in to this.
As I posted yesterday, I did make it to the gym yesterday for the first time since my surgery. I plan to go today as well. I feel pretty good after my first workout. I'm a bit stiff in my hip/lower back area. Not sure if it's from sciatica or post surgery effects. I'll keep doing what I got to do to get back to where I was pre-surgery. I realized this morning that I should have taken my nap yesterday when I got home. I really felt tired this morning and late last nite I felt it. I stayed up to watch the debate - even though I felt that I should have been asleep long before it came on.
My goal today is to drink a bit more water than I've been consuming.
Get to the gym and do my 30 minutes
Go to bible study tonight (haven't been to church in 3 weeks (miss it)
Take a nap when I get home
