Two weeks in and 3.2 pound lighter, I attribute the success to avoiding the dreaded night time munchies. In the past, I would snack at night. After much thought and analysis, I noticed that I wasn't really hungry, I was tired. I admit that I don't get enough sleep and have been trying to get more of those elusive ZZZ's. When I'm drawn to the pantry, I think about my energy level. If it's during the day, I'll drink water and reevaluate, or find something to keep me busy or get something done that's been nagging me. still hungry? ... eat an apple. If it's past 10:30pm, I go to bed. It's a simple solution to a potential binge. So far, the plan is working!
