I am feeling terrible today. Hit with another cold that has left me achey and congested. I barely convinced myself to work. Lord, heal this body!!! I want to continue with my scheduled Zumba class, but at the moment feel completely ready to lay down my head... and there are... 6 hours more of work to go.
So my question is, how do you push past being sick to workout?! Is it even worth it? Or am I just wearing down an already depleated resource of energy??
