Here it is Thursday, and I've been nervous about the weekend for days. I can be so good making healthy choices and sticking with the plan all week - but weekends come and that is where I can lose it. However, I am convinced I am not going to let that happen this time. It isn't just weekends that get me, but getting together with friends. Our typical weekend with the friends coming include playing games/cards, drinking beer, and eating snacks mindlessly! A few beers, and all constraints go out the window. Not this time though! I am planning on serving chili, and will allocate a few tortilla chips to go with it. I'll have grated cheese and regular saltines for the rest of the group. And, I will be drinking water, and Crystal Ligh mojitos! Yes, I am going to do it! It may take all my strength, but I can do it!
