17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?

Not lately, in the beginning I ate chicken in a low carb wrap with salsa and shredded cheese for dinner nearly every day. I also ate the same breakfast every day or alternated between a couple. Lately I've been utilizing the meal plans in Clean Eating Magazine due to the convenience of the shopping list and laser accuracy of the amount of food you need, there is just no waste. So while it does have me repeat or have leftovers throughout the week, generally speaking I'm not repeating things that often.

    humm that sounds like a good idea when I first started i ate the same thing over and over too got sick of it fast and that didn't end well for me

    I think I vary my snack but the common flavour is chocolate, hehe. Lately, I try to add baby carrots and I love it - much nicer than the big carrots and when I bite into them, this sweet carroty taste just burst into my mouth, the taste almost like a big carrot juice with milk, mmmm.

    I repeat a lot of my foods, but mostly because I really like them. It is good to have variety though.

  I really like to eat Nature Valley granola bars for snack it's defiantly become a habit. Everyday around 3 I eat one. I'm not sure there the best thing for me to eat.
