17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?
Not lately, in the beginning I ate chicken in a low carb wrap with salsa and shredded cheese for dinner nearly every day. I also ate the same breakfast every day or alternated between a couple. Lately I've been utilizing the meal plans in Clean Eating Magazine due to the convenience of the shopping list and laser accuracy of the amount of food you need, there is just no waste. So while it does have me repeat or have leftovers throughout the week, generally speaking I'm not repeating things that often.
