I had a great day yesterday! the weather has been fantastic and I loved every minute of my afternoon outside. My diet was good and my cardio was good still havent done a strength training but I plan on tomorrow morning, early before my house guest gets up.....I can do it!
My October goals are
Follow the Simple diet 3/31
Do a minimum of 30 minutes a day of cardio 3/31
Strength train 2 to 4 times per week 0/10
Blog a daily record on how well I am meeting these goals 4/31
