18 minutes 1 miles walked with coworker AM
18 minutes 1 miles walked with coworker PM
27 minutes 2 miles walked/jogged PM
10 minutes .5 mile cooldown walk PM

    You are doing a great job. I do think you may need to talk to your WW leader about not eating all your minimum points. I am a lifetime WW member, so I am very familiar with the program. The 26 points is usually the minimum you eat. Eating below your points consistently is usually not recommended. If you have discussed this deviation with your WW leader then you are fine. If you have not discussed it with them, you may want to. Not eating enough will come back to haunt your weightloss progress later.

    You are doing great with your exercise! Keep it up!
