October S.M.A.R.T. goals

Since I didn't reach all my SMART goals in September, I am tweeking them a bit for October. I have discovered something about myself in the process. Something I'm not pleased to learn about myself. I need goals, but not so many of them because once I see I'm not hitting several of them, I get lazy and unmotivated to hit any of them.

So here are my SMART Goals for October

(Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. Timely.)

1. Consume at least 6 glasses of water each day-and all before 9pm
2. PowerWalk at least 1 mile 3 days per week
3. Practice yoga 3 days per week
4. Strength train 2 days per week
5. Get outside and do something active at least 6 days each week
6. Remember my blessings and thank God for them each day

    Great goals! I like how you were able to re-adjust when you saw that last month's program wasn't working for you. Awareness and flexibility will help get you where you want to be!
