5K Training: Week 5 / Day 1

Cross-Train / Rest Day.
Boy, did I rest! I usually do my cardio in the mornings (Zumba, if I'm not running). Unfortunately I overslept my alarm this morning so I didn't have time to do anything. Bah!
So... I'm hoping to make up for that this evening by doing a little more work on the wii fit. Hopefully my motivation will hold off for that long!
