OK, it's been a long time since I've posted. I've been on the site everyday to log in and answer trivia questions, but I've not been tracking, exercising, or posting. What are the results? I'm sure it's no surprise. At first it was gradual and very up-and-down, but now there is no denying it. I need to confess that I have gained weight, and I need to record that on my weight tracker. So here it is: 10 pounds are back. Not the end of the world, but certainly the start of something I don't want to keep happening.
Saturday starts the fall challenge. I'm going to start it off with a clean start. It's sad to me that the 5% weight I should lose is equal to what I've recently gained. Hopefully, just the start I need to keep on sparking.
