OK, it's been a long time since I've posted. I've been on the site everyday to log in and answer trivia questions, but I've not been tracking, exercising, or posting. What are the results? I'm sure it's no surprise. At first it was gradual and very up-and-down, but now there is no denying it. I need to confess that I have gained weight, and I need to record that on my weight tracker. So here it is: 10 pounds are back. Not the end of the world, but certainly the start of something I don't want to keep happening.

Saturday starts the fall challenge. I'm going to start it off with a clean start. It's sad to me that the 5% weight I should lose is equal to what I've recently gained. Hopefully, just the start I need to keep on sparking.

  Me too the past few weeks, have gained a couple pounds back cause I have been busy but not keeping track very good lately. Have been busy watching grandbabies while their mommy was getting better from hernia surgery, and our daughter had to have eye surgery too. Thanks for sharing

    I did much the same over the summer. I was here, but not working very hard at calorie control. The challenge is helping me get my consistency back.

    It is so easy to put the weight on, but, you know how to get it off. Tracking the food and exercising as you mentioned is the beginning and I know you can do it! emoticon emoticon

    It's always a good decision when we decide to get back on track. It happens to a lot of us Sparkers. Keep that positive attitude and start using the tools here on Spark to keep you going. Logging your food is the best way to know if your on track. Keep drink you water and try to keep your body moving. It doesn't have to be excessive to work for you. As everyone always says: emoticon emoticon

    More important than the trivia is the posting of foods and movement. That keeps me in check. Move as much as you can while you can!! Nothing worse than not being able to do things. Know you will do it, YOU are WORTH IT!! emoticon
