If they can do it, I can do it.

Driving to work this AM after dropping Shane at school, it started to drizzle (again). I was half-way to talking myself out of walking this AM when I passed two elderly ladies walking down the street. These are the same two women I see every morning when I drive to work. Unless it is pouring buckets of rain, they are out there walking and chatting with each other. And here I was about to give up my plan for this AM just because of little heavy mist? I was ashamed of myself for being willing to give in so easily and for such a tiny excuse. I got to work and did my walk in 25 minutes! :-D

Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny! YEAH!!! After a week of gloomy skies and wet weather it will be a much needed relief.

Have a fabulous day!

emoticon emoticon Great job! I seem to do that too - almost talk myself out of doing what I know I should. I always feel better after I do my workouts and I know I will so usually I make it.
