I made my calendar last night of exercise and nutrition tracking plan. Here it is:

10/4 - Run 2 miles
10/5 - Run 2.5 miles, ST, track food
10/6 - Bike 6 miles
10/7 - Weigh-in, Crop Walk (aprox. 3.5 miles)
10/8 - Bootcamp, track food
10/9 - Archery, walk 1 mile
10/10 - Zumba
10/11 - Cycle, track food
10/12 - Run 3 miles, ST
10/13 - Run 3.5 miles
10/14 - Weigh-in, bike 7 miles, track food
10/15 - Bootcamp
10/16 - Archery, walk 1 mile
10/17 - Zumba, track food
10/18 - Cycle
10/19 - Run 3 miles, ST
10/20 - 5K race, track food
10/21 - Weigh-in, bike 8 miles
10/22 - Bootcamp
10/23 - Archery, walk 1 mile, track food
10/24 - Zumba
10/25 - Cycle
10/26 - Run 3 miles, ST, track food
10/27 - 5K race
10/28 - Weigh-in, bike 9 miles
10/29 - Bootcamp OR Cycle, track food
10/30 - Cycle
10/31 - Zumba

Now, I know life happens and some days things will come up and I won't be able to do everything on this list. But if I miss one day, I'm not going to let that derail me. This month, I'm going to focus on the positive.
