Hello my fellow sparkers. I haven't been blogging since I returned to spark people nearly 2 months ago. I guess I wanted to get my teams working for me first.
I'm thankful for SP for providing the ton of information they do, in addition to the great team support.
I have a new food plan that I will be trying over the next month. That is, I will eat the same foods everyday. I did this for a while when I first started my weight loss journey and was reminded of the success of this tactic in one of my teams.
So I will eat the same foods everyday for about a week (or 2 if I could contain myself for that long) then I will go back to mixing my foods up (but keeping within my calorie reange) for another couple of weeks.
With this tactic I believe my weight will come off a lot faster, as it did in the past.
I'm happy to report that I've lost 11 pounds in total since I came back nearly 2 months ago. To be honest, I am not happy with my weight loss progress to date because I know that I've made several blunders that have made a big difference.
Going forward with my new food plan, I hope to be more successful and will no doubt achieve my weight loss goal that I have set.
I will post a progress report on a monthly basis.
