My new stratergy

Hello my fellow sparkers. I haven't been blogging since I returned to spark people nearly 2 months ago. I guess I wanted to get my teams working for me first.

I'm thankful for SP for providing the ton of information they do, in addition to the great team support.

I have a new food plan that I will be trying over the next month. That is, I will eat the same foods everyday. I did this for a while when I first started my weight loss journey and was reminded of the success of this tactic in one of my teams.

So I will eat the same foods everyday for about a week (or 2 if I could contain myself for that long) then I will go back to mixing my foods up (but keeping within my calorie reange) for another couple of weeks.

With this tactic I believe my weight will come off a lot faster, as it did in the past.

I'm happy to report that I've lost 11 pounds in total since I came back nearly 2 months ago. To be honest, I am not happy with my weight loss progress to date because I know that I've made several blunders that have made a big difference.

Going forward with my new food plan, I hope to be more successful and will no doubt achieve my weight loss goal that I have set.

I will post a progress report on a monthly basis.

I champion your efforts all the way, Carolyn. I totally understand the rationale behind eating the same thing every day, and I'll be praying for you. You're doing great so far!

    Each of us is different. The key is finding what works for you and being consistent in it! You are on the right road to your own personal goals and achievements. Keep it up, depend on the Lord for direction and you will arrive at your destination!

    Carol, I believe in what you are doing to recover! We have to remember what works and what doesn't. You had a terrible loss with Mom and a great deal of added responsiblity. Now you are back to focusing on you and others otside of family. You did the right thing by returning to SP.
Never doubt the Holy Spirit which I have always seen evident in you. He never leads us astray!
