We finished off an area of our basement for a rec room. The one wall I am dedicating to my daughter's successes. The other day I hung up her state plaques. Wow! It is amazing what she has done in just 4 years. I am also putting up hooks for some of her ribbons and medals. The problem is that some of the ribbons are so thick I could only put 5 on one hook. Many will end up in a drawer. The plaques were the thing I hated seeing sitting in boxes. Today I am going to try to find a couple of bookcase to put along the wall under the plaques for the trophies, pictures and memorabilia. It is not only horse stuff but sports, school and other 4-H activities.
