Day 10 of my 100 day wellness challenge, and I am unable to exercise. I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday afternoon, and am in excruciating pain. Hoping to take it easy these next couple of days, and stay well within my calorie range and get my water every day, but it is very frustrating to WANT to work out, and to not be able to do that.
In the meantime, ibuprofen will be my friend.
