1. food 2. hope
What if I could change the focus of my addiction to food from abuse to proper use? What if I filled myself with nutrient dense foods instead of processed calorie laden craving producing foods?

What if I took my never ending God filled Holy Spirit fueled Hope and turned it into fact? What if I actually ate what I put on my nutritional tracker and only that? What if I did what I say I will do? What if I traded my willpower for Godpower?

    You know I have really made a concentrated effort to eat really nutrient dense food, and really trying to eliminate processed food, and I think it is working.. Now I still crave chocolate, but I am going to train my taste buds to only wanted really really good dark chocolate instead. I have started watching labels, and if it has more that 3 or 4 ingredients, I try to stay away from it as much as possible. Now sometimes that is just hard to do, but if I succeed even a little, it is better than nothing.... HUGS to YOU!!! Shannon
