So apparently, for now this system of putting my goals in the morning is working. I have lost 2 pounds in 1 week.
So I have quite a few things to be gratefull for : I feel great! I have been able to keep my daily set goals for a week, I have lost 2 pounds and I am still pain free! woohoo!

Yesterday's goals were :
-take a walk with the dog
-do the W1D3 of the pushups challenge (8-10-7-7-10)
- drink 8 glasses of water
- track all food

Done it! Done it!

And Today's goals are :
-take a walk with the dog
-go do W3D1 of the 5k your way rookie running program (3 min walk, 2 min run 6 times)
-do the W1D3 of the 200 crunches challenge training program (12-15-11-11-15)
-drink 8 glasses of water
-track all food
-keep calories in range
