Im amazed and so happy that since finding this wonderful site with its amazing, supportive and motivational members ive managed in a very short 28days to lose 41lbs.
I am not doing anything silly as i read all advice given and followed big parts of it.
I drink 3-4 litres of water a day.
Stay around 1500 calories a day
Go to the gym 5 days a week for 70-80 minutes per session
Carry out weight session on upper body, Sit ups and Press-ups 2-3 times a week.
If im being honest before i located this site and its knowledgable users i have always been into crash diets that seem to do more damage than good on the long haul.
I am eating much healthier and more volume than ever but due to low cal foods i can find i struggle to use all cals.. This is massively due to just staying away from fattie high calorie poor choice foods.
I have even had 2 take-aways in this 4 week perioud but made sure i had the calories for it and had beef with small chips which seems to have not impacted my weight loss.
I have it 100% locked in my mind that the past 4 weeks are simply the first 4 weeks of a healthier me rather than a diet, as a diet only lasts for a selected normally short period. I am totally motivated and i use spark people to keep me going with all challeneges and a nice motivation work and pat on the back every now and then.
