Only a couple of days left and I'm still just at 2 miles. Aw Well! lol! No stress here. It is what it is. I'm debating on wether to go for 2.5 this morning. My legs are sore. Yesterday I did the 2 miles (run 3 min, Walk 1), Yoga, and Zumba! It's so funny though. After a big day like that I almost expect to wake up, weigh in, and be 5 pounds lighter. Nope. lol! Again, oh well. :) No stress. Just continue to work hard and eat right. I can do this!!! I am going to an hour and a half Zumba class tonight. And I want to go to my usual Zumba Toning class this afternoon. Run too? Not sure yet. I know tomorrow will probably be a day off or a extremely light day so that way I know I want be too sore Saturday for the race. I can do this! :)
