Yesterday I did 7 miles ............ I dug out my 5 mile fast DVD (12 min mile) and did 2 then hit my menu and started from the beginning to actually do 7. Today I will attempt to do 3 mile walk and Pilates then my strength training DVD "tone every inch" .
Later my daughter needs a ride to the DR. she is having problems with this pregnancy.
