Going strong!

Today is day 4. Down 3lbs since Monday. Simply eating better and working out is definitely working. I missed the last 2 days at the gym but I will get there tonight and have a good workout. Ive been logging all my food everyday in my journal and it's really keeping me accountable. I can look back and say I did good today or I can do better tomorrow. So far Ive done good all 3 days. Today I plan on doing good too. It's too early in the morning to tell for sure but my intention is to do well. Going Strong!
