So initially my husband and I started the P90X program in mid August but quickly fell off the band wagon as it were. These are not my official starting photos but I was shocked to see how different they are from the ones that I just took today. I've lost about 8 lbs since these were taken.
(I especially love the back fat ... disgusting)
I just took measurements today and here is how they fall right now.
Waist - 28.5"
Hips - 43"
Thigh - 25.5"
Upper Arm - 12.5"
Calf - 17.5"
Body Fat % - 32.2%

(Look at the little muscle indentations in my arm! I'm getting cuts!)
So far I am actually 3 days in, frightfully muscle sore and loving every second of it. My ultimate goal is to significantly reduce my body fat, not so worried about the weight now that I can measure that.
