So it started off with a nearly 600 calorie breakfast and the day just needed to get better.
Arrived at the gym, did my 15 minutes of cardio and went to start weights. As soon as I picked up the first barball my head started pounding. I decided I couldn't quit so I finished my sets and managed to do as much ab work as my head could stand. Its been bothering me off and on all day. But I made the best of it. Didn't want to miss the workout. It could have been better, but it was something!
Breakfast: 600 cal
Late morning snack 275cal
Afternoon meal: 250cal
Noah's - 290 cal
No workout tomorrow so I must eat well. Clean and lean.
