Mindful Eating Wednesday

I had a battle counting those calories of the whole dish to divide it for my meal. "more cheese, more cheese!" the bread burner said.

This day nothing special really happened except that I woke up at 7:30am. Other than that it's been a boring day, probably because it was sooooooo long. :| I've been hungry a lot today, I'm wondering if it's because I'm awake for more daytime hours? I split my meals up a lot, but I got hungry again within like an hour or a half hour of each eating period.

Tomorrow is about making a decision to time my mile, or do the 10k training.

    It almost sounds as if you came close to eating out of boredom. You need to find something to do besides fitness oriented activities to occupy your time. Go to the library, read the Bible (eh-hem) or another book, read a magazine, take up a craft or hone one you already do. When you keep busy in other ways, you won't think about food as much. The apple looked amazing!

    haha I was just saying how I wished more people would just combine the pictures of everything they eat in a day. I actually really like the way this looks, but I agree with Sonia that I miss the individual pictures. Next time I have a ton of stuff to post, I'm totally doing this though (editing it together) because I can imagine the loading time was so much less.

Anyways.

It's weird when I sit down for lunch and realize it's the third time I've eaten before 1pm. But then, I'm used to getting up around noon, not 5:30 like I've done all week. LOL and do you have a recipe you recommend for Eggplant Parm? I really want to try it.
