some more thoughts about the weight

and a loss of a scale - I feel much better. I look at myself and mostly try and love myself. I think this is progress. Today, the first day at a new gym, I didn't weight myself. But, I am keeping to my calorie ranges pretty religiously - October challenge - keep within range for every day of my age.
