Exercising While Sick

Generally I would not reccomend exercising while sick. This is the nurse in me. But today was day 118 of my exercise streak and I couldn't bring myself to start over just because I didn't feel good. If I was severely sick I would have given in and started over. Instead I just kept the exercise light (stationary bike) and now I am off to an early bedtime for me.

    As long as you're not dizzy, can breathe, and aren't in pain, a slow, light workout is usually fine.
