I started out this morning trying to add more potassium to my diet. Inspite of my efforts I still have a long way to go before I have enough potassium. I was so busy watching my potassium, sodium and carbs that I neglected to watch my calories. Shortly after lunch I figured out that I only had 200 calories left. I make matters even worst I was planning on a birthday dinner tonight. By the time the dinner was over I had eat enough sodium for one whole day at dinner alone. Everything looks so horrible as far as my nutrition today. But as I looked closer I did find a bright spot my calcium reached an acceptable level today. Thank God tomorrow is another day I know that there probably will be non-diet food at my party but at least I can still work towards my goals.
