I started fresh on Monday and was very hungry by the afternoon. My stomach isn't used to eating smaller amounts. Just got back from a nice walk with my husband (who never goes along) and both our dogs. I didn't want to miss out on the last warm evening we're going to have for a while. I've stayed within my calorie range the past 3 days and I'm back to tracking. I haven't been as hungry the past 2 days to that's good!
