Day 3 and going well

I started fresh on Monday and was very hungry by the afternoon. My stomach isn't used to eating smaller amounts. Just got back from a nice walk with my husband (who never goes along) and both our dogs. I didn't want to miss out on the last warm evening we're going to have for a while. I've stayed within my calorie range the past 3 days and I'm back to tracking. I haven't been as hungry the past 2 days to that's good!

  Keep up the good work. I have been having nonfat Greek yogurt with fresh fruit as a snack when I am hungry and if fills me up. Good luck getting back on track. It's hard but it's worth it. You are worth it!

    Way to get back on track. If your are hungry remember you can fill up on low cal high water foods like veggies if you have some you like. emoticon
