I ran/walked for 30 minutes (5 min warm up, 20 min run/walk, 5 min cooldown) and did a 15 min stretch video. I am still very sore from Ab Ripper X but I pushed through.
I plan on doing Slim in 6 Starter video (25 mins), Ab Ripper X (15 mins), and the stretch video tomorrow (15 mins).
I ate within my calorie range (so far) and drank at least 8 glasses of water.
