No wasted day

What a great day to play hookie. After dropping my lesson plans off this morning, I went grocery shopping, got my car's oil changed, went to the gym for 2 hours of Aqua Fitness, went grocery shopping again and then went home to eat lunch and grade papers.

How quickly time passes. I actually got home about a hour before I would be scheduled if I were working. Needless to say, I'll be grading papers well into the night.

Exercise went well and did the Simple Diet. This morning, I had a Jimmy Dean Pancake Griddler. For lunch I had a salad, some stir-fried green beans and grapes. I ended up hungry before leaving so I had some Michelina pizza snackers. Class should let out early so I will have some more veggies when I get home. Right now I'm enjoying my protein shake as I wait my students.
