Okay, so I've been really good with getting in my 8+ glasses of water a day. One big problem, my sleep is suffering. I am up every few hours to use the bathroom. Oh - My - Goodness. I start drinking water when I first get up. I find that ice water helps get my body going better than my coffee does. I drink water all day long. I think I'm going to try drinking my last glass of water with dinner. Hopefully that stops the midnight pit stops!
