Okay, so this is the first time I've ever tried to "biog". My weight journey so far seems to be going well. I've started exercising daily for 30 -60 min. I feel GREAT. I have been meeting my husband at the gym for the past week after work. We've been working out together and I must say I enjoy it and have found I work out better and more when he's there. We play racquetball every day for at least 25-35 min., treadmill, I do for at least 15-30 min daily, walk stairs 5-10 min and then machines for10-20 min. I look forward to working out everyday now.
