Well We are all heading off to Tasmania to try and see mum before she passes on. Her morphine has been increased and she has not had much to drink since last week other than a few sips.

I am so glad I went to Tasmania 3 weeks ago for my nephew's 18th birthday! Mum was lucid and gave some wonderful smiles! emoticon

I have booked 2 weeks off work and am re-arranging my diary as there are a couple of days where there is no one to work at the clinic. emoticon

I have managed to tackle the clutter in the back room and can now see the sink and have free access to the door in case of fire! emoticon

It is amazing what people keep!

The box for the computer monitor!!!!! emoticon Why?

Any way it is sitting next to the rubbish bin!

Any way I had better get to bed! emoticon

Thank you all for your kind words and support! I really love coming on here and reading and feeling the love.

Am soooo missing my workout's. Have still managed to take Sooty for a walk around the park in the mornings. emoticon

Have a wonderful week and will keep you up to date when I can.

That was very timely you got to see your mum when she was lucid, was like it was ordained..
I am with you on the clutter -I was keeping a huge printer box -why? We all know if they break down its cheaper to buy a new one and trash the old one unfortunately :(( I hate all the waste though -I did recycle the box and printer, but no one recycles that foam :(
Walking Sooty would be very therapeutic -great work keeping that up. Dogs can sense when you are hurting, they really can. Our Bendix was a rough and tumble dog, kind of a big klutz really. He would walk over your feet like they weren't there (and he was 80 lbs!), but when I was laid up and recovering from my surgery at Mom's, he was gentle and careful as a lamb, giving me little licks as I lay on the couch.

Workouts can wait, Libby. There are more important things to handle in your life now. Walks with Sooty or whatever you can fit in will help, but your mom needs you now. Still praying for strength for all of you. emoticon -- Lou

Take care of yourself at this sad time.

It sounds like you will get them all organised at the Clinic!
