Workout Shake Up

This is another Spark Coach challenge. I am going to shake up my work outs by doing twenty hours of Callenetics in the next 10 weeks (December 12). I have used these videos before (Callenetics and SuperCallenetics) with really good results, but it has been probably 6 months. So this will be a good Shake Up.
I am also doing the 5K Walk/Run training program to prepare for the Halloween Trot. I did this once before too. I am glad that I can see myself well a head of where I started last time, so not all the fitness I got from that went to pot! I keep up a regular walking program, but this has been fun to add a little variety.
