Here I am starting my 7th day of daily goals. It has worked wonders for me. Tomorow is the weight-in and I can't wait!

Yesterday's goals were :
- take a walk with the dog
- do a walk/run (3 min walk for 2 min run 5 times)
- drink 8 glasses of water
- track all food
- do Week 1 day 2 of the 200 crunches challenge training (9-12-9-9-10)

Again, I reached them! hurray me!

Today we have to pickup my in-laws at the airport and we are having dinner at their place. I will do my best to not over eat. After last night's dinner I should be able to restrain. plus we are having steak so I should do ok.

Today's goals are :
-take a walk with the dog
-do the W1D3 of the pushups challenge (8-10-7-7-10)
- drink 8 glasses of water
- track all food

a last day of it to make a perfect week. woohoo
