I wish I wasn't up all night. It is clearly making my goals 10x harder. I am going to keep on going though. I have been looking at great recipes all morning and I am looking forward to making some of them.
I have always had trouble with sleep, but I haven't been working and I think that has been making it worse! I can't take anything to help with it because I have a hangover affect.
I am obsessed with sleep! LOL! Good luck trying to get back on a healthy schedule. Good sleep truly is important for a healthy life style and weight loss! And I love sleepy time tea too!
Has sleep always been hard for you, or is this something recent? I've always had a hard time sleeping. I have found that when I am having a hard time sleeping again, if I do things like make sure I do not work out at least an hour before bed, no electronics of any kind in that last hour, and sip some sleepy time tea, it can really help me. Just thought I'd share some of the things that help me when I can't sleep. It does make your goals more difficult.
