It was June 2011 when I got serious about losing weight. I hated being in the 200s. At that time I thought if I got to 170 I would really be happy so that is what I set my goal weight.
One pound before hitting 170 in December 2011, I changed my goal weight to 160. I thought I was crazy to try for 160 but I wanted to go for it!
I’ve been working hard this year to get out of 160-ville and I finally did it!!!!!
I think it's time to celebrate hitting my goal before I change it again.
So, here goes….
