Day 3 feeling a little better

Well after trying to start back on spark 2 days ago I got sick Monday night.
It kinda put up a road block for me temporarily but I am staying with it. I will get my eating on track and then we will get some strenght training going!!
I have been walking 3 time a day for 10 minutes!!! Yay more exercise than I was getting!!
I am still trying to figure out what to do about the sleep goal I have set for myself. I am usually only getting 4-5 hrs of sleep a night. I am thinking that I need to adjust the goal to 6 hrs for a week or so then 7 and so on until I get to 8 hours of sleep a night. My only problem with this is my job. I am on call 24 hrs a day. Most times I don't get calls in the middle of the night, but it does happen. This morning I got a call at 5 am, an hour before my alarm goes off... No going back to sleep. Well if anyone reads this and has a suggestion leave a comment or feel free to spark mail me. Now that I kicked this bug, I need to get some breakfast, lol.
Just some final thoughts as I am eating. I have noticed a trend in my eating that I eat too many carbs but not enough fat. I want to add some healthy fat to my diet but that word "FAT" haunts me. Can't we find a better name than that. Anyway, I guess I should try adding some nuts and nut butters to my diet, it would up the protein and the fat and hopefully balance out the carbs.
