Okay, last week was a set back for me with trials and errors having my sweetie home everyday from his surgery and cooking and eating his favorites:)
I came so close to buying a pack of cigarettes this last weekend it was awful,
but I DIDN'T. Its kind of like do I want to save my marriage but I am not married.
The stress of living with a smoker is unbearable some days.
So what I had to do was change my mind thinking, I had a xbox kinect that was never being used so I traded it in for a ps3 which my sweetie has one and just loves his shooting games lol
well for me I started doing Getting Fit with Mel B and looking into the other game also.
I am incorporating the ps3 workout games with Leslie Sansone I get bored really easy so had to change it up a bit to get my mind going in the right direction.
I started back using my step tracker also and added that to my fitness on here,
I will say I did get a game too called Tomb Raider lol that has been kind of fun. Always been a game player on fb and then on my ipad3 now I have the ps3.
between work taking care of my sweetie I have just a few hrs at night to chill out til the weekend.
So if you dont hear from me much during the week just know I love when you stop by and I do read your post on my lunch hr and try and keep up with everything,
We went apple picking a couple weeks ago looking for a great Spark recipe for apple crisp if anyone has any would love it
I am in a group with a Fall challenge which I need to get over there and see what is happening and my logging in with my Leslie workouts. My goal is to get better in coming in each day and spending at least 30 minutes with everything on here besides my not smoking posts.
We all have our little quirks to get off the couch and keep moving, A big Hug to everyone that gives that little push each day to make ourselves healthier.
