Rainy Days & Tuesdays...

Today was a dreary rainy day all day and I have felt utterly useless! I havne't been useless, but feel like it! I actually did alot of work today and worked out too! I just don't feel well and feel so drained. I could've done alot more but found I needed a nap. Jack and I had a short afternoon nap.

Yesterday I was exhausted too so I only did a bit of cardio. I made up for it today. I also signed up for the Curves Complete program and will start that on Monday. I think I'm going to like it. I just hope I will lose!

Today to make up for my lazy yesterday I did 36 minutes at Curves with the curves Smart program and burned 310 calories. I walked/jogged an indoor 12 minute mile twice and then belly danced for 50 minutes. I feel it all too!

I felt kind of sick to my tummy all day and a bit stopped up too. I hope I am not coming down with anything, but who knows?

I'm really tired, but wanted to check in! So, nighty night my Spark friends! Hope I get to check in earlier tomorrow. Life is good....

    Drink lots of water and rest when your body tells you too. Don't push it-could be allergies or a bug trying to sneak up on you.

    Oh sweetie - be careful and listen to your body. That is EXACTLY how this infection started in our house and we ended up with strep and just feeling horrible for a week. My hubby is still suffering.

    Hope you feel better tomorrow (today). I always have to smile when you say you did nothing today and you end up doing WAY more then what I do everyday. I so need your energy! Keep your head up, hope you have a better day, and get your flu shot!

    Is this Curves the ladies gym???? Or a program you can do at home?

    Pls go to sleep, get some extra rest, good for you and Jack taking a nap! Don't worry about the cardio and working out until you feel well. Feeling good, really good makes all the difference in the world to your body losing weight or just hanging on to it for dear life!!!! Hugs to you and prayers for your health. Karen
