Okay, so I didn't make the gym this morning. Bad day at school. Trig test, Physics homework, and now my brain is fried. But I had good meals today; PB&Banana for b-fast, turkey chili for lunch, and taco for dinner, with refried beans and lettuce/cilantro and no meat. I had a small bowl of ice cream after school-- "Death By Chocolate" is what Kroger calls it -- and after the day I had, I needed just a little something!
So here's my plan for tomorrow. My kids have late start at school tomorrow so I'll have some extra time to get a bike ride in, first thing in the morning. Then when school is over, I will have time to lift weights before I come home. Last week when I lifted, I switched dumbbells and was sore for 3 days! So I plan to do a better job stretching afterward than I did last week. It's my own fault, I totally remember NOT stretching as well as I should've.
And now, I'm shutting off the computer for the evening and doing some knitting that I've been meaning to get around to since the weekend, but have been hip-deep in homework. Sometimes you have to put your books down and say "Enough".
