Just so you know a little more about my macro nutrients my caloric range as of now is 1,100 - 2,250 meaning I don't stay under 1100, or go over 2250. On Sundays I'll count 2500 as an appropriate number to stay under, but this will probably be the highest I hit all week unless I just give up. Other than that Carbs: 214 - 366, Fat: 42 - 88 Protein: 75 - 197.

Today it wasn't raining and I was debating whether to walk a 5k and time my running mile again, or to go onto week 6 of the 10k training. I opted for the 10k training in which I walked for 1 minute and ran for 3 minutes for 1 hour. I wound up getting 4.15 miles in that time. It was difficult to go any faster than 12 minutes per mile today, but for most of my running I ran at a 14 minute pace. A lot of people were on the track today, so I was worried it was a meet, but it wasn't, October must be a goals month for everyone :-P

My grandparents are naggy all the time and I'm about to put them in a home... oh wait I don't have that power... they tell me not to run whenever I ice my foot (I ice it to prevent injury instead of waiting for injury to happen to ice it). My grandfather even told me to just "walk a 12 minute mile", he claims he can do it, but he really doesn't use GPS to track where he walks. They think running causes the injuries, but lets face it, 3 out the 4 times I got a stress fracture in college was from walking. Not running. And it doesn't help that my klutz grandmother steps on my foot just about everyday because she can't understand where she's walking. le sigh. As much as my feet do hurt sometimes, it's from being fractured time and time again. It gets that way from walking, running, walking in the grocery store. It's not going to go away, I'll just have to rest it on and off for a while until I can see an actual doctor that will give me more advice than (just stay off of it, it'll stop hurting, oh and here's your xray bill...), you need to use your feet!!! :|

I may have a piece of chocolate tonight, but if I do I'll just post a status about it instead of redoing today's food journal. I'll eat it mindfully :-P I can't see it raising my hunger level though. lol

Tonight will be a melatonin kind of night. I realized last night that we have a sleeping challenge where we need 7 hours of sleep a night. Luckily I went to bed at 10:30 Sunday (I know, a miracle!) and woke up at 7am. Then last night I fell asleep at 4 and woke up a little before noon. My sleep schedule has jokes, but at least I get my sleep in. :-P

Those government jobs I looked at either require a masters degree or at least 3 years experience. :'(

Next week we are gonna have a challenge where we give up the scale, and only weight once next week (although I'm unsure if that counts for Sunday since weeks are usually Mon-Sat) but nonetheless I'm weighing as much as I want this week to get it out of my system. I was 284 after my workout and shower today. I'm hoping my exercise this week creates a bigger loss this week. Tomorrow I'm definitley doing a 5k or 10k walk after my calisthenics/strength training.

Hahaha....sorry....had to laugh at your grandmother stepping on your foot every day! I think that scale challenge should have been this week while I was stuck on vacay with no scale....although I usually only weigh on Sunday....I'm just going through withdrawel since I missed my weight in this week....I'm really sorry about the high standards for job qualification :( I'll be praying for you

I wish I could offer some advice/suggestions about your poor feet! Your grandparents (god bless them) are just concerned for you. They don't like to see you hurt. Be patient. I know it's hard sometimes, but one day you'll be their age....
