A Good Day...

Tuesday, October 02, 2012

Although the day started off with a short meeting at the office -- yeah, yeah I know...I'm on vacation! One of my colleagues needed a consult, so I figured I'd swing in, do the consult, have my pre-worout snack and then hit the gym for my run and some biking time. The weather managed to hold off as I walked to the office, but it was raining by the time I got done at the gym so the walk back home was a bit damp!

Picked up lunch on the way back, chatted with mom and some friends, did some reading, took a nap. Then when I woke up I realized completely forgot to pick up lettuce for dinner. Of course by then it was pouring outside! So what did I do....easy...some body weight exercises! LOL Then when the rain stopped, I slogged back out into the damp to get the bloody lettuce. Now I think I'm going to have something else for dinner. LOL Oh well it'll be here for tomorrow.

That's about all for tonight. Nothing exciting just a good day with a lot of fitness!

Yay for dedication! (and for not spending any longer than you had to in the office)!

I am impressed that there are such dedicated people as those who would venture out into the rain for....lettuce! Oh my! I can see a drink, chocolate or numerous other treats, but lettuce? LOL! You Rock!
