I ate way more than I should. I feel like I deserve the extra food I am enjoying my self by overeating,.
I now will enjoy myself for what is within my food tracker.
I had a great time today however this was one day out of many.
I will get back on track tomorrow. I just don't know where that is coming from.
I am going to stay present and mindful of what I am eating. Sometimes I just want to space out.
I am going to find a hobby I can do to focus my attention on the hobby not the food.
If anyone has some ideas please let me know.
