I am finding comfort in overeating. This stops NOW!!!!!

I ate way more than I should. I feel like I deserve the extra food I am enjoying my self by overeating,.

I now will enjoy myself for what is within my food tracker.

I had a great time today however this was one day out of many.

I will get back on track tomorrow. I just don't know where that is coming from.

I am going to stay present and mindful of what I am eating. Sometimes I just want to space out.

I am going to find a hobby I can do to focus my attention on the hobby not the food.

If anyone has some ideas please let me know.

    I dont understand it either but im having the worst cravings for different foods and im not happy til i get them so-o this has to stop also! I have too figure out whats causing this! Something inside bothering me or who knows... but it will stop! Blessings, BONNIE

    Knitting would be good if you know how. Me, I try to read and not go near the fridge. Works some of the time. I am bad on Sunday night, then I try very hard to work it off with exercise the next 5 days.

    Some times it is ok to eat. I am also having little problem with my sweet tooth since 2 week. But once in a week is ok so no worries. I am sure you are back on track today.

May you find comfort in the love that surrounds you, in God who loves you and in your own self-assurance and self-acceptance, that says that you are wonderful and beautiful and loved just the way you are.     As children I think we're trained to eat for comfort... How often do you see a crying child given something to eat? It's a hard habit to break, but you can do it!
