Week 4 Day 1 C25K

Wow...that was tough. I huffed and I puffed and I....never stopped.
I started the 4th week of C25K today and even though I wasn't able to do the 3 minute jogging intervals 4 times, I came pretty close. Sometimes I would do 1 minute jogging, 1 minute walking, and then jog the other minute. Sometimes I could jog 2 minutes and walk 1 minute...and sometimes, I could jog the entire 3 minutes as planned.
But when it really comes down to it, I did 1.62 miles in 25 minutes. Not too shabby for a woman who couldn't jog barely jog for 30 seconds 1 month ago.
It's all about the baby steps and I am still proud about my progress. If I need to repeat this week of training I will. I'll do one step at a time, one minute at a time...until I reach my goal!
