So September I ended up maintaining my weight. This is good that it wasn't a gain, but I want to do better for October. It was "Funkfest 2012" last month for me, but let me tell you "FunkFest 2012" is OVER
I have to shake out of it and get into "MoveFest 2012" I think I will set some smaller goals for myself for the month. I know what to do so now is time to do it. My goals for October
Track my food - I know this is CRITICAL for me, so I HAVE to do it
Get in 12 cups of Water DAILY - I struggle on the weekends with this one
Get in 150 min of activity each week - This is where I fell off last month. I have started running and if that doesn't work I will move on to the next thing!!
Rewards for October
If I can track 7 days in a row I will reward myself with 1 drink (yes alcoholic), and make sure I have the calories for it.
If I can get in 150 min of Activity for all 4 (full) weeks I will buy myself some cute work out cloths.
Ok so the end of this month I will be celebrating my 18 year anniversary with my husband. I think I would like to be slimmer and healthier so maybe I could buy something fun to wear for him that night.
So if I follow these goals I think I will be look good for him and feel GREAT about myself too!!
