October goals

This month I have a few goals that I would like to make.

*Stay alcohol free for all but 4 days.
*take 15 minutes every morning to work on house protects.
*Lose 2.4 lbs this month to get down to 195.

Those are my goals.

Eating 1600 calories a day I would have never thought I would be losing weight. Somehow I am and I am thankful for. It has not been hard, well except for skipping on the drinks. I even had some ice cream yesterday something I would never have eaten before. No deprivation here.

I feel like these are goals that I can achieve, next month should be tougher with Thanksgiving and all. I just need to remember Thanksgiving is only one day, not the entire month.

    Yes, you can do this! Isn't it great that you can enjoy more actual food when you're AF? Food that is more nourishing for the body versus the empty calories that come with alcohol! Stay with it girl!!!

  Sounds like you can achieve the goals you set. Remember to not overdo the alcohol - lots of calories - and really enjoy your birthday and Halloween. One day at a time. Keep up the good work.
