This month I have a few goals that I would like to make.
*Stay alcohol free for all but 4 days.
*take 15 minutes every morning to work on house protects.
*Lose 2.4 lbs this month to get down to 195.
Those are my goals.
Eating 1600 calories a day I would have never thought I would be losing weight. Somehow I am and I am thankful for. It has not been hard, well except for skipping on the drinks. I even had some ice cream yesterday something I would never have eaten before. No deprivation here.
I feel like these are goals that I can achieve, next month should be tougher with Thanksgiving and all. I just need to remember Thanksgiving is only one day, not the entire month.
