So I did everything on my goal list for yesterday. I woke up hungry but that wasn't unexpected. Today my energy level is not very high. I really just want to curl up with my new book and read all day, while cuddled under the comfy blankets.
So here are my goals for the day:
Eat within my calorie goal, logging everything.
30 minute walk today.
Clean the bathroom.
Finish craft project.
If I get up more energy I might do some other things, but it's not looking very promising today. I sure will be glad when more of my energy returns.
