Yay! I surpassed a goal!

While listening to Zumba songs on CDs, I managed to maintain a consistent fast pace for 30 minutes on my Nordictrack Ski exerciser! Yay! Then I drank lots of ice water & did some pilates exercises as a cool down. My previous achievement was 20 min. which usually felt like forever out of boredom.
