Goal For The Next 3 Months

Sooooo I said it in one of my previous blogs, but my SMALL GOAL for the next 3 months is ONLY To lose 5 pounds each month...SO it's October and I've got until October 31st to lose 5 pounds...WooHoo Let's see if I can achieve this small goal for myself!!!

I was consuming some where around 1700 to 2000 calories a day, so I'm going to try to keep it some where around 1300 to 1500 calories...I know it's a big drop, but I think I've gotta learn to STOP EATING so much & go hungry a little...Because I AM NO LONGER losing weight...I've GAINED 3lbs back and that is just unaccepted to me...

WISH ME LUCK and I wish everyone else the best of luck for their goals for October too!
